Our recipe is simple and quick.
Peel and chop the onion.
Place it on the skillet; add 2 tablespoons of the oil.
Saut the onion till golden in color.
Chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
Adds the tomatoes to the onion in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring periodically.
Taste the sauerkraut; if it’s too sour place it into a colander and rinse under running water.
Place the sauerkraut onto a cutting board and chop into shorter pieces.
Add to the skillet with the onion and tomatoes and mix well.
Cook for 3-4 minutes stirring periodically.
Cut the hot dogs into small circles.
Using a spatula move the vegetables towards the edge of the skillet.
Place the hot dogs in the center of the skillet and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of the oil.
Cook the hot dogs for 2-4 minutes carefully stirring them with a spatula in the center of the skillet.
Add the tomato paste and stir thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
Cook for another 2 minutes and take off the stove. Make sure you don’t overcook this dish.
This is delicious, hearty and very quick.
